Whoosh! What a powerful session. I pretty much crashed the past two days (very very tired in a good way — I feel as if I’m still downloading all the energies we worked with — and I always do that a week to 10 days before, so it was a surprise).

​​Please be extra gentle with yourself this week.​ Welcome to the new era humanity entered on Friday, and take time to find your legs, so to speak.

As I said, these next few months are probably going to be even more dramatic, chaotic, etc. The old structures are collapsing, but it may look like more control, etc.

We are in an accelerated time of shifting to higher consciousness, of moving into the 5-D world.  More than that, these events were the (first) ignition point for the biggest year of change humanity has ever experienced (no I am not exaggerating!).

The most important things for you to do:
1.  Where attention goes, energy flows.  Do not give your focus to all the drama and trauma.  Yes, feel what you need to feel (we’re all going through grief right now — it’s the transition emotion, and we’re all in transition).  Feel fear, feal anger, feel sadness. Feel whatever.  Give yourself time for that.  But don’t stay there!!  Keep your focus on the new era, on the new earth, on higher consciousness, on the 5-D world.

2.  Develop your spirituality (whatever that means for you), and deepen your spiritual practices.  Make sure you have a practice you do daily.

3.  Get grounded — daily.  Bare feet in the grass, hug a tree, take salt-water baths.  With so much energy in air and fire signs (and more to come!), it’s extra important to connect with the earth.

4.  Take daily stillness breaks, or use the heart math quick coherence technique (it takes less than 2 minutes total), to bring your heart back into coherence.

Don’t underestimate the power of a group of people gathering together to do this work. When we held space for the world, the energy we sent out was very strong and clear. I could feel the very strong web we created and were a part of. Thank  you for your heart and your care! The ripples will be huge. 

This session, as are the rest of the sessions so far this year, is going to be active for at least two more months, and most likely the rest of the year.

I set up this session recording to work kind of like a tea bag. Listen as often as you like, and whatever you still need from the session will “kick in” again. This is definitely a session where you will do deeper healing of layers as you listen again.

Again, I encourage you to be gentle with yourself the next few days, and drink plenty of water! 

The energy out there is going to continue to be fiery, combative, and combustible — and may get even more so as more and more astral bodies move into Aries) so make sure you take a breath before you react.

I will be offering a free attunement and healing session early in March to do an overview of the themes, etc., of the coming astrological year (which begins at Equinox).  I will also do some work around the total lunar eclipse on March 3rd, as well as Venus and Mars completing their time under the beams of the sun, and starting their new cycle.  One of the huge themes this year is balance of sacred masculine and sacred feminine, so this session will be a jump-start for that theme.

Please also mark your calendar for March 22, the first session of the astrological new year, which will include our annual Equinox celebration.  This year is particularly important, as it is the beginning of our emergence out of the chrysallis as we move into this new era.  A lot more on that to come.

Astrologers are telling us that it’s the biggest year of change humanity has ever experienced.  Yes, we entered a new era for humanity on February 20th, and that means we’re still at the beginnine.  There are multiple new ignition points this year.  One is the Equinox, which will officially inaugurate our new year of attunements.  Like last year, the astrology is packed — and I expect to do at least 10-12 attunement and healing sessions during the year. (for comparison, I promised that many last year, and we did at least 16 Zoom attunement and healing sessions. I expect this year to be similar).

Here are just a few of the highlights:

🦋 March and April bring the largest number of planets and other astral bodies moving into Aries — ever.  This is part of the acceleration of consciousness and change. Higher octave:  claiming your unique gifts in service to the world; personal and spiritual sovereignty. Lower octave: war, aggression, lots of drama.

🦋 April 25: Uranus moves into Gemini.  This is a second ignition point — inaugurating revolution and awakening, including revolutions in technology and communication.

🦋 May 24:  Uranus-Sedna Conjunction.  A third, and probably the most important ignition point. Not just transformation but transmutation.  World awakening, and more.

🦋 all of July: multiple BIG events, some of which have never happened before.

2025-27 are the big years of transition, with 2026, being the year of the most change.  By 2028, we should be past some of the chaos, and beginning to settle more fully into the archetypes of the Aquarian age.

This year, more than any other, is a year to get astrological support, get attuned so you can use these energies for your and the collective’s highest and best good — and to support your acceleration into higher consciousness.
